Collaboration and MoU
The school actively collaborates with various leading industries, research institutions, and international universities. Some of the tangible outcomes are as follows:
- M.Tech Smart Mobility is jointly offered in association with Renault Nissan Technology Business Centre India (RNTBCI), Chennai and VOLVO Group India Pvt. Ltd. Bengaluru.
- Fully funded sponsorship from Saint Gobain to the female candidates under the MALAR Scheme to pursue a PG program in the School of Mechanical Engineering.
- Establishment of Industry-Sponsored Laboratories “VIT-VALEO Lab, VIT-RANE NSK Centre of Excellence”.
- Industry-sponsored Design-a-Thons, Technical Challenges, and Hack-a-Thons provide students with opportunities to develop out-of-the-box thinking skills.
- Semester Aboard Program to the Universities Cranfield University, UK, University West, Sweden and Wenzhou University - China.
- DAAD-WISE Fellowship, MITACS Globalink Research Internship support through our partner Universities.
- International Summer Schools, Internships and capstone projects with our academic and industry partners.
